I got this error today on Windows 8.1, some time after rebooting for an unrelated issue and attempting to start Leapdroid. I want to chime in with a contribution of my own. But god, even this works, we still need to figure out why the driver suddenly got disabled or deleted. You can open a Windows command console and this time the console needs to be launched using administrator. You can actually check the driver status by running Windows command console and using "sc query LeapdroidVMDrv". Did you happen to install/uninstall any other VBox related product in the middle, such as other emulators or vbox From the log, in your case, the kernel driver did not start at all.And in the middle, you actually did nothing (like installing/uninstalling Leapdroid) with leapdroid.
